Council regularly lets expressions of Interest for:

• Representatives from Local Government Area for Council Committees

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST LEASE OF FORMER TENTERFIELD VISITORS’ INFORMATION CENTRE

Expressions of interest are called for the lease of the former Tenterfield Visitors’ Information Centre at 157 Rouse St (New England Highway).

• Prime CBD site – brick building 310m2 floor area suitable for retail and professional use

• Main display/office 206m2 with two additional offices 52m2 & 26m2

• 2 internal storerooms, kitchenette, 2 toilets

• 3 external toilets, including accessible unit and ramp access to building rear and carpark

• Air-conditioned with auto main, front entry

• Site covers 1446m2 – parking for 17 cars with double-EV charger in rear carpark

• Two street access – through Rouse and Miles Sts
